About Us

In 1982 four founding partners, Lee Hergott, Lyle Zdunich, Maurice Duval and Joe Parker, along with five initial staff, established Hergott Duval Zdunich & Parker. Tom Stack joined the firm as a partner in 1983, and the firm's name changed to Hergott Duval Stack & Partners.

From the very start we were committed to providing personalized, expert service. Working closely with our clients and establishing trusted relationships allowed us to develop individual plans for success.

We remain committed to excellence in client service over 25 years later. Today at Hergott Duval Stack LLP, we combine past traditions with innovation to provide expert, individualized accounting and tax planning services to help our clients succeed.

Our reputation for excellence allows us to recruit and retain the best of the best; we have grown to a staff of over 80, including 16 partners and three senior counsel. We support our employees in ongoing professional development to ensure our clients always receive the most relevant and current information.
